These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MassOrBye mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
MassOrBye provides fitness coaching tools including workout tracking, progressive overload guidance, nutrition logging, and progress analytics. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
2. Health Disclaimer
MassOrBye is not a medical service. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program. You use the App at your own risk.
3. Account Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. You may request MassOrBye account deletion in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or via https://massorbye.com/delete-account.html. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, content, and branding are owned by MassOrBye and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MassOrBye is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
