Delete your MassOrBye account
This page is published by MassOrBye, the developer of the MassOrBye mobile application on Google Play and the App Store. If you created a MassOrBye account, you can request that MassOrBye permanently delete that account and the personal data associated with it.
Send your MassOrBye account deletion request from the email address linked to your account.

1. Who this applies to
MassOrBye lets users create an account in the MassOrBye app (email or Apple Sign-In). This deletion process covers MassOrBye accounts created in the MassOrBye Android and iOS apps.
2. Delete your MassOrBye account in the app
The fastest way is inside the MassOrBye app:
- Open the MassOrBye app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. MassOrBye will delete your account and sign you out.
3. Request deletion by email
If you cannot open the MassOrBye app, email MassOrBye at contact@massorbye.com from the email address linked to your MassOrBye account.
- Subject line: MassOrBye Account Deletion Request
- Include your MassOrBye account email and a short confirmation that you want MassOrBye to delete your account and associated personal data.
MassOrBye will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
4. What MassOrBye deletes
When MassOrBye deletes your account, we delete or anonymize:
- Your MassOrBye account and profile (email, name, authentication data)
- Workout history, programs, sets, and training metrics
- Nutrition logs and related MassOrBye app data
Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before they are permanently removed. MassOrBye may retain limited records only when legally required (for example tax, legal, or security obligations).
Deleting your MassOrBye account is irreversible. You will lose access to your workout history, nutrition logs, and progress in MassOrBye.
